Effective August 12, 2026. These terms govern use of nexxstepsrs.com and the provider portal. Placement of clients is governed by the signed Contract Agreement between NexxstepsRS, LLC and each provider; where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
The portal is for treatment programs and service agencies placing clients with us. Accounts are approved by NexxSteps before any reservation can be made. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for the actions of everyone using your account.
Rent is $450.00 per client per week, paid in advance. A week is seven days from the move-in date. Family and couples homes are booked as whole units.
There are no refunds for unused rooms or services, including client removal or early departure. If a client is removed, the provider may place a replacement for the remainder of that paid week at no additional charge, capacity permitting.
Payments are processed by Stripe. A failed weekly charge opens a limited grace period; if it is not resolved, the bed is released.
Every person placed must read and sign the House Rules before moving in. Violation results in immediate removal, and NexxSteps will notify the provider in writing within 24 hours with the reason and the rule involved.
Providers must maintain general liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $4,000,000 aggregate, naming NexxstepsRS, LLC and the Facility as additional insured, with a certificate on file before services commence.
Do not attempt to access another organization's data, disrupt the service, or submit information you are not authorized to share. We may suspend an account for non-payment or conduct that endangers residents or staff.
NexxSteps provides housing, meals, and transportation. It does not provide clinical care, case management, medication management, supervision, or treatment. The placing provider remains solely responsible for the care and clinical oversight of each person it places.
Arizona law governs these terms. Disputes are handled as set out in the signed Contract Agreement.
