NexxSteps RS is the reentry-support arm of the NexxSteps network. We operate the Phoenix transitional-housing facility and the provider portal that lets treatment programs, agencies, and courts reserve and pre-pay rooms for the people they serve — keeping placement, payment, and care coordination in one secure place.
Because our residents are among the most vulnerable, we treat their information with care: placement details are encrypted, access is restricted to the placing provider and the residence staff who need it, every access is audit-logged, and providers attest they're authorized to share what they submit. NexxSteps RS is a housing operator — not a HIPAA-covered provider — but we hold this data to a high security standard.
